On the afternoon of Sunday July 11, Birmingham Citadel Band played at a service held at the city Crematorium.

 

This annual event has been organised for a number of years and the Band has been privileged to be able to attend on these special occasions.

 

This year’s service attracted a very large congregation and in the beautiful setting of the gardens, family and friends were able to pay their respects and offer thanksgiving for the lives of their loved ones.

 

The Band provided music before and after the service, as well as accompanying the hymn singing.
